We are an owner operated company, with the Directors working hands on in the business. The two Directors have 20 years experience of the UK and International recruitment markets. Since the 1980’s our client companies have been able to discuss their recruitment needs with the same Recruitment Consultant. Without the constant staff changes that many of the larger employment agencies suffer, we are able to build up and retain the knowledge of the types of people you employ and who will best fit into your team. In previous careers in both the private and public sectors, the Directors have had to recruit staff, and decide which recruitment medium to use.
